Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, it is required to contact Dig Safe at 811 prior to setup.  We need to put stakes into the ground that can reach up to 3 feet in length.  We need to know if there are any underground hazards such as septic tanks, gas lines, electrical lines or anything else we cannot see.


We are not responsible for any harm to your lawn.


 Unfortunately, no. Once our equipment leaves the warehouse we are not able to rent the items to other customers. Therefore, once the items are in your possession, you must pay for them. 


 Our Equipment Protection Plan is available to all contracts and will cover most accidental damage. Otherwise, you will be charged the replacement cost of the damaged or missing items.

Security of the rental equipment is your responsibility! Equipment must be protected from theft and weather-related damage while in your possession!


 If an emergency concerning your existing rental order arises during non-business hours, someone on our staff is available at 781-204-1451. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve the problem. 


Marquee Tent rentals and packages will be setup the day before the event and picked up the day after.  Otherwise,  Delivery will be between the hours of 7AM and 12PM the morning of your event. We will come back the following day to pick-up your rental. For special arrangements please call our office at   781-204-1451.


 After hours  pick-ups can be arranged for an additional fee.



 Additional fees may apply for:

  • Delivery outside our standard service area.  
  • Damages or late returns.
  • There is a 3% fee when paying with credit card.


Absolutely! All our rental items are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before every event. We take pride in offering high-quality and well-maintained products to ensure the best experience for your party. 


In some cases, you may be able to pick up smaller items such as linens, chairs, and tables, depending on availability and the size of your order. Larger items like tents require professional delivery and setup. 


Cash, Check or Master, Visa, and Amex Credit Cards.

 A  non-refundable deposit of 25% of the order total or $50—whichever is greater—is required at the time of reservation. 

If paying with credit card, then any refund is subject to a 3% transaction fee.  Credit refunds typically take 5-10 days for the processing agent to clear.

Yes, we offer a detailed catalog and pricing guide on our website. If you need a personalized quote, we’re happy to provide one based on the specifics of your event and rental requirements. 


For most items, if you opted for delivery we will arrange for pickup after your event. Otherwise we will coordinate a drop off time.
